Where Does Binary Ninja Store Projects and Settings?
Binary Ninja keeps analysis databases with their targets, while settings and plugins live in a per user folder.
Last updated
Binary Ninja databases travel with their binaries as .bndb files, holding analysis, annotations and tags. Everything personal stays in a user folder: settings, keybindings, themes and the plugin manager's installs.
Cloud sync aside, moving machines means copying both sides. Databases open anywhere, but plugins must match the new version. The settings API version in filenames tells you when a migration step is due.
