Bloxstrap keeps everything in %LOCALAPPDATA%/Bloxstrap on Windows. Settings.json and State.json sit at the root with Modifications and ClientSettings subfolders for mods and FastFlags. The wiki names these files for troubleshooting uploads.
The uninstaller preserves the folder so reinstalls keep working setups. True removal means deleting it by hand after uninstalling. Moving the install folder itself is supported; just rerun the exe and fix shortcuts. FastFlags survive moves. Registry keys finish the footprint beyond files.
