Where Are Cash App Statements and Receipts Stored?

Cash App keeps monthly statements under Profile > Documents, with CSV export on the web. Saved files land in Downloads.

Last updated

Cash App does not keep statements as files on your phone. Balances and history live in your account, and the monthly statement is generated on Cash App servers within a few business days of month end. You fetch it from inside the app under your profile icon, then Documents, then Account Statements.

Anything you download lands in the normal Downloads folder. The app offers no export button on mobile beyond saving the PDF, and the web CSV download at cash.app/account comes and goes. Pull each month you need while you are thinking about it, since statements only appear after month end.

Downloaded PDFs arrive here. Live history stays in the app under Profile > Documents > Account Statements. The private cache under Android/data/com.squareup.cash holds no statements worth copying.

iOS
Files app > Downloads

Use the share sheet to save statement PDFs to Files. Balances and history live in Profile > Documents. The app container itself is not browsable, so Files > Downloads is the only folder that matters.

Frequently asked questions

How do I download my Cash App statement?

Open Cash App and tap your profile icon, then Documents and Account Statements. Pick the month and download the PDF. On a computer, sign in at cash.app/account and open Documents in the sidebar for the same files plus CSV options.

Can I export Cash App history as CSV?

Cash App has no mobile CSV export. Monthly PDF statements under Profile > Documents are the reliable record. The web CSV export at cash.app/account appears and disappears, so check both places before tax time.
