Where Does Discord Canary Store Cache and Data?
Discord Canary mirrors stable Discord paths with canary names, keeping separate cache, logs, and leveldb sessions.

Discord Canary installs beside stable Discord with parallel folder names. Binaries live in Local AppData DiscordCanary with versioned app folders. Session state, cache, and leveldb stores live in Roaming discordcanary. Messages themselves stay server side.
That separation lets alpha and stable run together without sharing logins. Cache purges are safe: logs and thumbnails rebuild on launch. Full data packages come from User Settings privacy export as JSON zips, not from these folders.
