Where Are Eriksholm Save Files Located?

Eriksholm follows the Unreal Engine 5 book exactly. Everything sits under %LOCALAPPDATA%\Eriksholm\Saved, with SaveGames for progress and Config Windows for engine settings. No hex IDs, no split Documents copy, no store-specific rename.
The one wrinkle is the demo. Its App ID differs from the full game, but progress carries over once the full game has created its own Saved tree. Install and launch the release build first, then bring the demo files across rather than starting from the demo folder directly.
