Flexcil keeps notebooks and PDF annotations in private app storage. Backups export as .flexcil archives plus PDFs to Drive, Dropbox or Files.
There is no browsable notebook folder without root. Moving devices means running backup first, then importing on the new phone. Cloud sync covers libraries when logged in.
