FlowFrames anchors everything to its exe folder. The data dir sits beside the binary with config.json at its root. Models, logs, sessions and cache branch off from there.
The installer places the exe under LocalAppData, which produces the long path below. Portable ZIP builds use the same layout relative to wherever the archive was extracted. Nothing goes to Roaming or Documents.
