Mailbird stores mail, attachments, contacts, and settings locally in a SQLite database. The data directory is %LOCALAPPDATA%\Mailbird with Store.db in a Store subfolder. Nothing lives on Mailbird servers, which is the whole privacy pitch.
Back up by copying that folder with the app closed. Migrating means dropping the copy into the same path on the new PC. To reveal the live folder, hold Ctrl+Shift while clicking the top left menu and pick the hidden Open Data Directory entry. Moving it needs a symlink; the app offers no setting.
