MindManager splits user files three ways: Documents\My Maps for your map documents, LocalAppData Mindjet versioned folders for user data, and a Library subtree for templates, Map Parts, icons and styles. Version numbers ride in every path.
The Library survives uninstalls by design so upgrades keep custom content. Registry keys under the Mindjet tree record deploy choices. Move Library folders per the migration guide rather than reinstalling content.
