SimpleMind asks where local maps live on first start, and that folder becomes home: any directory you pick, including cloud synced ones. Free editions instead lock maps into a private device folder.
Maps save as individual files you open from the menu or Explorer. The Mind Map Explorer watches directories you add, so point it at Documents plus your cloud folder and browse everything from inside the app.
