Underrail saves under Documents in a My Games folder with a Saves directory per character plus a config.dat for settings. The layout never changed across the base game and both expansions.
Each character folder is self-contained, so archiving finished builds is just copying folders aside. Expedition and Heavy Duty content shares the same tree.
