Where Is the Warudo Data Folder?
Where Warudo keeps its StreamingAssets data folder, characters and plugins.
Last updated
Warudo keeps usable data in a StreamingAssets folder inside its Steam install: characters, props, plugins and mods each get a subfolder. The app reads that tree at startup, so dropping a downloaded asset into the right child folder is the whole install step.
Steam library location decides the prefix. Replace the drive and library path with your own and keep the tail. The in-app Open Data Folder command is the reliable shortcut across machines.
Where Warudo stores this, by platform
<Steam>\steamapps\common\Warudo\Warudo_Data\StreamingAssets\
Data root with Characters, Props and Plugins children. Reach it from Menu, Open Data Folder. Mod export tools in the docs point at this same path. Replace the Steam prefix with your library location.
Frequently asked questions
How do I open the Warudo data folder quickly?
Use Menu, Open Data Folder inside Warudo instead of memorizing the Steam path. It opens the live StreamingAssets folder for your install, which moves if your Steam library does.
How do I move Warudo assets to a new PC?
Copy the Characters, Props and Plugins subfolders from StreamingAssets to the same place on the new PC after installing Warudo there. Scene files reference those assets by relative path, so keep the folder names intact.
