Where Are ELEX Save Files Located?
ELEX saves live in Saved Games\ELEX\SaveGames on Windows, with Steam Cloud on top and a config file for custom paths.

ELEX stores saves in the Windows Saved Games folder, one SaveGames directory holding every slot. Steam Cloud syncs *.sav files from there, so most players never need to touch the folder.
The path is even configurable. A mount_packed.xml file inside the install tree maps the save location through a PhysicalPath entry, and editing it redirects saves anywhere. That trick breaks cloud sync though, so only use it for local only play.
