Where Does Ooma Store Calls and Voicemail?
Ooma Office call logs, recordings and voicemail on desktop and mobile, and retention to know.
Last updated
Ooma Office Pro runs the phone system from desktop apps for Windows and Mac plus mobile apps. Call logs, recordings and voicemail live in the End User Portal and inside the apps. Voicemail to email adds an inbox copy with audio attached.
Local app folders carry cache and credentials. The durable copy is server side for the life of the account, recordings for 90 days where enabled. Download anything load bearing instead of trusting the portal view.
Where Ooma stores this, by platform
%APPDATA%\Ooma Office
Desktop app ships with Pro and Pro Plus. Review recordings under Call History, download from the record drawer. Check support.ooma.com downloads for the current installer.
~/Library/Application Support/Ooma Office
Same portal data as Windows. Transcription arrives by email alongside audio on Pro plans. Call Flip moves a live call between desktop and mobile mid conversation.
/storage/emulated/0/Android/data/com.ooma.office/files
Mobile mirrors desktop logs and voicemail. Simultaneous ring can send business calls to any device. Use Download on recordings before the 90 day cutoff.
