Where Does reWASD Store Configs and Profiles?
reWASD game profiles and config files on Windows plus Community backup.
Last updated
reWASD keeps per game profiles with configs (mappings, combos, Shift layers, rumble) in its local data folder on Windows, created through the profile list plus button. The Community website holds a second copy of anything shared: uploaded configs stay downloadable from the profile page.
Local files are the working set and Community is the backup. Reinstalls without a local copy lose unshared profiles permanently, while shared ones pull back down on demand. Slot and autostart preferences live alongside in app settings.
Where reWASD stores this, by platform
%APPDATA%\reWASD (profiles and configs per game)
Profiles created per game with configs inside; Share button uploads to Community for backup. Exact subpaths vary by release, so confirm in-app and keep Community copies of keeper profiles.

Share keeper configs to the reWASD Community from the profile menu, and copy the local profile folder with the app closed. Shared configs redownload from the profile page; unshared ones exist only locally.
do reWASD configs survive reinstalling
Only shared Community uploads do automatically. Local profiles need a manual folder copy beforehand. After reinstalling, import or redownload configs, then reapply to the controller.
