Where Does Suno Save Downloads?

Suno exports MP3, WAV and video from the Library download button. Mobile cache stays in app, exports go to Downloads.

Last updated

Suno has no music folder you can browse. Playback and any offline cache stay inside the app in private storage, with no documented user path on either phone OS. The package name on Android is com.suno.android, but the data directory under it needs root to open.

The supported route is the export button. Open a track in Library or Workspace, choose Download, then pick MP3, WAV or video with lyrics metadata. Desktop browsers save to the normal Downloads folder. Phone exports land in Downloads or Files, where they behave like ordinary audio.

Where Suno stores this, by platform

Android
App-private storage (exports land in Downloads)

Package com.suno.android. No documented Music/Suno folder exists. Use Library, Download, then MP3 or WAV. Free accounts get a small lifetime download allowance, paid tiers raise the monthly count.

iOS
App sandbox (exports land in Files/Downloads)

Suno for iOS needs iOS 18 or later. Same in-app export flow as Android. Files shared out of the app appear in Files or the chosen share target, and there is no browsable songs folder.

Frequently asked questions

How do I download a Suno song as MP3?

Open the track in Library or Workspace, tap the options menu, choose Download, then MP3. WAV and video exports sit in the same menu with lyrics metadata. The download counts against your plan allowance, so export the final mix once.

Can I copy Suno cache files directly?

No. Cached audio stays in private app storage tied to the login, and copying it elsewhere produces nothing playable. The cloud library plus fresh exports under the same account is the only supported move between devices.

Where do Suno Studio exports go?

Through the same Library download flow, with stems and video options added for Studio workflows. Desktop saves land in the browser Downloads folder. On phones they land in Downloads or Files depending on the share choice.
